Responsibilities:

  • Achieving high client satisfaction;
  • Clients Appointed as primary client contact for new and existing projects;
  • Guiding and influencing workflow;
  • Articulate the context of strategic design work within client’s business with an understanding of business strategies and current market contexts;
  • Actively inputting on design strategy process, including learning our client’s strategic tools;
  • Leading briefings and design critiques;

  • Working in collaboration with client service peers;

Requirements:

  • An exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative thinking and design solutions;
  • Proven track record partnering with multiple disciplines on projects and practices;
  • Proven experience building, managing, and sustaining successful teams;
  • Graduate degree in Visual or Interaction Design, Product Design, Human Factors, HCI, or equivalent professional experience;
  • Accurate and on time completion of time sheets;
  • Understands how art and design intersect to create special and memorable experiences;
  • Ability to confidently talk about free-to-play game design and ‘sell’ a creative vision both internally and externally;
  • Ensure that administration, company protocol and standards are maintained;
  • Take pride in your environment – i.e. creating a tidy and inspiring space to work within;
  • Develop and display a thorough knowledge of digital software required in your role;
  • Experience working with and successfully managing external stakeholders;
  • Confident in line managing teams of designers, including reviewing work, probations, appraisals, disciplinary action, etc;
  • A strong back-catalogue of previous free-to-play titles, proving the direct impact of design direction and decisions on previous projects;
  • Collective responsibility; they are a team, so think proactively and do not assume someone else has it covered;
