Our company is looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, curate and create content for org.ukwhich runs on WordPress;
  • Pull and collate data analytics;
  • Gather, curate and create content for PDSW social media channels;
  • Implement and organise an image bank system;
  • Implement the PDSW brand across our digital and printed material;
  • Track the impact of different campaigns;
  • Collect stories from audience and participants about the difference we make (written, image, film) for use across platforms;
  • Attend events and performances to build understanding of PDSW’s work;
  • Support the team with their creative briefs.

Requirements:

  • Experience of using design software (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop) to create engaging content for digital channels;
  • Previous experience in managing digital marketing channels;
  • The ability to work as part of a team and confidence to work independently if required;
  • A sound analytical understanding of Google Analytics and a good knowledge of SEO principles;
  • The ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • An understanding or some experience of effective use and production of video/podcast content;
  • Confidence working with Content Management Systems including WordPress and call tracking analytics software.
