Digital Marketing Project Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing new strategies to improve client satisfaction;
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients;
- Manage social media marketing campaigns;
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients;
- Project manage website builds from initial discovery sessions to successful site- launch;
- Manage multiple, concurrent tasks/projects with competing timelines;
- Aid with technical system design, application setup and implementation;
- Develop and implement organic SEO marketing strategies;
- Learn and become proficient in Marketing Automation, Service and Sales alignment and “MarTech” technology space;
- To prepare and present digital marketing performance reports;
- Manage email marketing campaigns;
- Meet or exceed KPI targets;
- Providing day to day marketing support and advice for clients as required;
- Creation of quotes, gathering input provided by the TL or PMO and gaining internal approval;
- Taking briefs from clients and managing these through the creative studio, from concept to completion and delivery.
Requirements:
- Marketing automation experience with Oracle Eloqua or another MA tool;
- At least 2-3 years’ digital marketing experience;
- Solid Project Management skills;
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English (other languages a plus);
- Good understanding of digital technologies;
- Creative copywriting skills, ensuring your content is well-written and engaging, and aligned with the client’s brand and tone of voice;
- Confident in working across the Microsoft Office suite including Excel;
- Experience of creating and delivering successful social media strategies and campaigns, both organic and through paid advertising;
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment would be an advantage, but not essential;
- Minimum of 1-2 years of functional system experience, database setup, system configuration and testing, front end development;
- Organised, self-reliant, with great time management;
- Buckets of common sense;
- You will be passionate about the power of digital marketing and must be up-to-date with the latest industry trends;
- Experience and knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and content optimisation;
- Excellent interpersonal skills as you will be required to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
