Our company is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing new strategies to improve client satisfaction;
  • Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients;
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns;
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients;
  • Project manage website builds from initial discovery sessions to successful site- launch;
  • Manage multiple, concurrent tasks/projects with competing timelines;
  • Aid with technical system design, application setup and implementation;
  • Develop and implement organic SEO marketing strategies;
  • Learn and become proficient in Marketing Automation, Service and Sales alignment and “MarTech” technology space;
  • To prepare and present digital marketing performance reports;
  • Manage email marketing campaigns;
  • Meet or exceed KPI targets;
  • Providing day to day marketing support and advice for clients as required;
  • Creation of quotes, gathering input provided by the TL or PMO and gaining internal approval;
  • Taking briefs from clients and managing these through the creative studio, from concept to completion and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Marketing automation experience with Oracle Eloqua or another MA tool;
  • At least 2-3 years’ digital marketing experience;
  • Solid Project Management skills;
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English (other languages a plus);
  • Good understanding of digital technologies;
  • Creative copywriting skills, ensuring your content is well-written and engaging, and aligned with the client’s brand and tone of voice;
  • Confident in working across the Microsoft Office suite including Excel;
  • Experience of creating and delivering successful social media strategies and campaigns, both organic and through paid advertising;
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment would be an advantage, but not essential;
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of functional system experience, database setup, system configuration and testing, front end development;
  • Organised, self-reliant, with great time management;
  • Buckets of common sense;
  • You will be passionate about the power of digital marketing and must be up-to-date with the latest industry trends;
  • Experience and knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and content optimisation;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as you will be required to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
