Our company is looking for a Digital Project Manager (Digital, IT) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out training sessions and deliver end user satisfaction;
- Deliver reports to stakeholders with project expectations;
- Ability to deliver presentations to senior level managers;
- Oversee the project over different locations;
- Prepare plans and deliver key business documentation;
- Meet all project requirements;
- Must have the ability to communicate with high level/ senior management;
- Ability to manage different major projects in an agile environment at once with a details track record.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the software development life-cycle in the Agile Model;
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Visio,Outlook,Word,PowerPoint,Excel);
- Knowledge of corporate global ERP systems (SAP experience desirable);
- Experience of software development tools such as Jira and Confluence;
- Proven experience across a range of E-commerce technologies and various e-commerce platforms;
- Good knowledge of ERP, CRM , e-commerce systems;
- Must have project management experience in Retail E-Commerce environment;
- Able to build good working relationships quickly;
- Competent in using MS Project, or comparable project management tools for project planning and monitoring;
- Ability to work effectively with 3rd party suppliers to ensure their successful and timely contribution to the project;
- PRINCE2 qualified practitioner and competent in its use;
- Able to work flexibly in terms of working hours and location;
- Ability to run concurrent projects;
- Experienced in matrix management of resources;
- Previous local authority experience would be useful, but not essential.
