Director of Policy Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Director of Policy to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Leads selected legislative changes to AZ policy and process;
- Provides strategic regulatory advice;
- Represents AZ Regulatory Affairs n relevant external Trade Association committees to ensure AZRA and/or AZ views on key issues are known;
- Build and maintain external relationships with EMA and key National Agency staff via external engagement at meetings/conferences etc;
- Provide support to Marketing Company Regulatory Teams on policy topics;
- Has personal responsibility for creating a culture of courageous leadership, creativity and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability of proactively shaping of the future regulatory framework through active membership on professional societies or trade;
- Experienced Regulatory Professional with degree in a scientific discipline, typically pharmacy or a biological science;
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks, procedures and requirements.
