Our company is looking for a Email Marketing Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manipulate data to target specific groups;
- Ensuring all communications are in line with the overall brand and wider marketing strategies;
- Managing the build and scheduling of email marketing campaigns;
- Liaise with external agencies in order to maintain strong relationships and successful campaign delivery;
- Mapping the customer journey and managing automated campaigns;
- Managing the end to end process of weekly email campaigns including briefing, implementation and reporting;
- Analyse customer touch points to maximise commercial opportunities;
- Creating email campaigns;
- Create and implement direct communications with customers through an email marketing platform;
- Ensure all QA processes are followed, and campaigns are successfully delivered;
- Keep email distribution lists up to date;
- Champion brand essence and tone of voice throughout all communications;
- A/B Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective;
- Provide insights and suggestions on enhancing campaign journeys;
- Working with the team to brief in copy and design requirements.
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in creating, scheduling, testing, and executing one-time and automated email campaigns;
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with email best practices, industry trends, and CAN-SPAM laws;
- High level of interpersonal skills;
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including a strong working knowledge of Excel;
- Experience working with email service providers such as ExactTarget, Pardot, Marketo, Vertical Response, etc;
- Organisational skills;
- Experience using and editing HTML;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
