Our company is looking for a Engagement Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops strong client relationships to establish position as trusted partner for sales, commercial and solution aspects;
  • Establishes a detailed actual or assumed understanding of the client’s business case;
  • Leadership, vision & direction of the deal to drive a winning strategy;
  • Remain knowledgeable about industry trends and latest news affecting your market;
  • Oversee projects during design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts through technical and operational project managers;
  • Lead new business development initiatives to consistently deliver revenue at or above targets, and own the sales pipeline;
  • Create and execute services sales opportunities at existing customer relationships;
  • Advise clients on the development of change management plans;
  • Develop and mentors line managers and team members;
  • Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute an account based marketing sales strategy;
  • Assists leadership team in continuing to build a successful team and culture which includes contributing to key successful hires and mentoring talent;
  • Research and author account development plans with goals and action steps for each account;
  • Perform on-going risk analysis and provides support of sales activities;
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with all clients and executive sponsors;
  • Represent Nodes at industry events and be a recognised thought leadership voice in the market.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable skills and track record of successfully challenging, and changing the norm, to win business;
  • Educated to degree level;
  • Fluid, creative, knowledgeable & at-ease across all potential IT/BPS topics across all seniority levels;
  • Strong business case modelling, and creative approach to ‘what-if’ analysis;
  • Deep technical / architect skills not required, but a broad and inquisitive experience of multiple service types, technologies and consulting;
  • Prior software implementation consulting experience with at least WMS or supply chain software experience;
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Information Systems. MBA preferred;
  • Resource planning and management experience with supply chain systems and software implementations.
