Our company is looking for a Event Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to all sales enquiries;
  • Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports on progress for the Group Sales Manager when requested;
  • Use initiative to help develop revenue potential;
  • Spending time effectively on all forms of outbound communication to ensure sales number is delivered;
  • Successfully organise and attend all competitor industry show opportunities;
  • Sourcing new leads for the event to create, build and maintain sales database;
  • Assist the Sales Manager with all other tasks such as managing the floor plan, contracts, the database etc;
  • Research clients, send out emails, explain what the client does and get them on board;
  • Stay on top of clients, building relationships;
  • Cold calling;
  • Follow up on existing leads;
  • Monitoring and updating of social media sites with offers and news;
  • Briefing all parties involved in the organisation of the event;
  • Conduct site visits with prospective clients and guests;
  • Wedding management – liaising with the bride and groom and acting as Toastmaster when required.
