Our company is looking for a finance and admin officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales and marketing activities as required;
  • Any other duties as may be requested by management;
  • Organisation of team events, meetings and monthly lunches;
  • Assist in maintaining corporate and financial records of the company;
  • Manage incoming deliveries and outgoing dispatch of goods;
  • Investigate and resolve customer enquiries with billing and invoicing;
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities;
  • Manage reception, look after visitors and answer incoming calls;
  • Perform other financial activities as required;
  • General office administration and filing.

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office;
  • NVQ Business Administration Level 2 (or suitable clerical experience);
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent).
