Our company is looking for a finance and admin officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales and marketing activities as required;
- Any other duties as may be requested by management;
- Organisation of team events, meetings and monthly lunches;
- Assist in maintaining corporate and financial records of the company;
- Manage incoming deliveries and outgoing dispatch of goods;
- Investigate and resolve customer enquiries with billing and invoicing;
- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities;
- Manage reception, look after visitors and answer incoming calls;
- Perform other financial activities as required;
- General office administration and filing.
Requirements:
- Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office;
- NVQ Business Administration Level 2 (or suitable clerical experience);
- Good communication skills, both oral and written;
- Five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent).
