Our company is looking for a Finance Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting project reviews and evaluating cost-reduction opportunities;
  • Management of all monthly and quarterly reporting, providing concise and informative financial analysis and commentary;
  • Attending and contributing to Board meetings;
  • Statutory reporting and production of the annual report;
  • Leading ad hoc projects particularly in relation to investment opportunities and new business ventures;
  • Responsible for all financial systems development and investment;
  • Control, compliance & integrity of all financial processes;
  • Directs and oversee all aspects of financial activities, reporting and local law compliance in the UK, US & Singapore;
  • Providing Divisional Sales and Margin analysis, dashboard reporting and KPI reporting;
  • Planning, managing and delivering the Group’s monthly and annual reporting processes;
  • Annual budgets and forecasts;
  • Ability to act as a business partner to the MD and senior management team, providing strategic, analytical and business support;
  • Ensuring compliance with Group policies & procedures;
  • Take ownership of all management and financial reporting;
  • Present accounts to investors.

Requirements:

  • Delivery orientated and result-focused- comfortable working at senior/executive levels;
  • Qualified UK Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA/CIMA), working in either industry or professional audit practice;
  • Good planning and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail;
  • Background in retail;
  • Charismatic and easy going personability;
  • Degree or equivalent senior qualification/experience in accounting, business, finance or related field;
  • ACMA;
  • Manage the accounting for any project and bids on island;
  • Providing Divisional Sales and Margin analysis, dashboard reporting and KPI reporting;
