Finance Manager – Private Equity Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Finance Manager – Private Equity to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Asset and fund performance reporting;
- Provide accurate calculations of General Partner Share/Management Fees in accordance with LPA’S (Limited Partnership Agreements);
- Undertake all operations; including waterfall/carry/team co-invest functions;
- Establishing changes to IPEV guidelines and accounting standards;
- Act as the main point of contact for the Group Finance Director and Fund Controller relating to the relevant finance matters;
- Providing insightful, pro-active, high quality analysis to support decision making in the context of wider business implications internationally.
Requirements:
- Limited Partnership experience;
- 3 years PQ +
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent);
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as individually;
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with at least 2 years post-qualified experience in industry. May also look at practice if the experience is FS audit;
- Experience within a finance team in an Financial Services business will be an advantage, but is not a requirement;
- Knowledge and experience of UK GAAP – FRS 102.
