Our company is looking for a Finance Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • To follow sales and process scripts provided;
  • To communicate effectively with lenders;
  • Liaising with finance providers to achieve best outcomes for each customer;
  • To communicate effectively by telephone, Email and Face to Face;
  • Sending finance proposals to appropriate lenders based on the information available;
  • Explain to customers the different types of products that are available;
  • To complete and maintain accurate file notes;
  • Ensuring every customer is treated fairly throughout the sales process;
  • To provide relevant information and guidance;
  • Taking instructions from clients;
  • To check customer documentation before dispatch;
  • Setting up New Dealers using the company ‘Set Up’ process;
  • To provide Reports as requested;
  • To provide a high standard of customer service to existing and potential customers;
  • To have a full understanding of all Asset Finance business processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • To complete and maintain accurate file notes;
  • Knowledge of regulations of the Financial Conduct Authority;
  • Communicate and build relationships with Dealers;
  • To have a good understanding of consumer credit;
  • To provide a high standard of customer service;
  • To communicate effectively by telephone, email and face to face;
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills;
  • To provide Reports as requested;
  • PC Literate, including the use of Microsoft packages;
  • Understand lender requirements to secure best outcome for customers.
