Our company is looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing documents for meetings;
- Liaising with Providers and Partners;
- Processing new business applications;
- Back office support;
- Performing yearly reviews of existing client;
- Maintain IT letters;
- Submitting forms to the FCA;
- Telephone and reception duties;
- Monitoring the diary activity of the Financial Planning team;
- Arrangement of any additional requirements such as; catering/refreshments;
- Respond to client inquiries over the telephone and/or by letter;
- Ensure all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner;
- Deal with client and provider correspondence;
- Preparing and binding reports with all relevant documentation for client meetings;
- Any other reasonable tasks that may be required by the business.
Requirements:
- The role requires a reliable individual who has the ability to manage and prioritise workloads;
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels;
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities are essential;
- Interpersonal – team working and communicating with clients remotely;
- Processing new business applications;
- ability to prioritise;
- Obtaining client information as required, this will include ;
- Good team working and liaison skills to deal effectively with tasks set and provide support for other team members;
- Arrangement of any additional requirements such as; catering/refreshments;
- Computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Monitoring the diary activity of the Financial Planning team;
- An understanding of centralised investment propositions, such as model portfolios;
- Calling and emailing Financial Institutions or agencies such as; HMRC/DWP;
- Be working towards / maintain the technical Financial Services knowledge and preferably a relevant qualification;
- Excellent Keyboard skills.
