Our company is looking for a French speaking Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop individuals to hit and exceed their goals;
  • Responsible for a team of 9 Sales Specialists; French and English speakers;
  • Accurately forecast and report upwards of both results and sales trends;
  • Day to day management of an inside sales team running full 360 sales cycles;
  • Deliver monthly revenue results through the team and deliver the quarterly quota;
  • All other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Requirements:

  • Be fluent in both French and English;
  • Ability to communicate clearly, listen thoroughly and respond quickly;
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent practical work experience;
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership position;
  • Able to take on new challenges as they become delegated to your job;
  • Aptitude for web-based technologies, CRM and sales enablement tools;
  • Ability to work with limited moderate supervision;
  • Demonstrable sales achievement in previous positions;
  • Ability to function under pressure in a competitive work environment;
  • Possesses a strong attention to detail and decision-making abilities;
  • Proficiency in creating sales presentation material and internal documentation including but not limited to sales reports and forecasts;
  • Exercises great teamwork and enthusiasm;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Proven track record of the ability to effectively manage change in a fast-paced work environment.
