Our company is looking for a German Speaking Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a product expert of SiteMinders’s software solutions and your target market;
  • Identify potential upgrade opportunities with existing customers and generate new sales;
  • Working to monthly individual and team targets;
  • Introduce new Hotels and Accommodation providers to SiteMinder and educate them on our products and services;
  • Communicating effectively with customers by telephone, email and mail;
  • Providing concise quotes for various products;
  • Secure new business and achieve your sales targets by conducting inbound and outbound phone calls to build your sales pipeline;
  • Working through target call lists being self-motivated and ‘wanting the sale’;
  • Maintaining complete and accurate records on the database, ensuring all information is kept up to date.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual – German;
  • Understanding of Social Media for business (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn);
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment;
  • Proven ability to understand IT-related technologies in large organizations with a strong interest and understanding of new technologies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred;
  • Ability to travel up to 15% per year;
  • 1-year experience with inside sales or similar preferred, not required;
  • Demonstrated strong leadership abilities;
  • Strong time management, organizational and presentation skills;
  • Sales experience over the phone or impeccable phone presence;
  • Highly competitive.
