Our company is looking for a Global Marketing Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular CRM training with the Inside Sales and Field Sales teams;
- Develop the brand strategy elements and global strategies are translated seamlessly into regional plans;
- Take responsibility of own performance goals and personal growth;
- Delivers relevant creative assets and oversees execution in BU’s;
- Oversee supplier agency selection and management;
- Own marketing automation execution from end to end;
- Maintain Teneo’s website and social media channels;
- Work with the services team to produce content for new service launches;
- Act as a strategic partner to the VPs of Sales to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts;
- Drive continuous improvement for brand and process performance;
- Enforce our brand guidelines across all communications channels;
- Play an active role in global sales team pods, working collaboratively with the Inside Sales, Field Sales and Sales Support teams;
- Manage regional marketing budgets;
- Collaborate with and pitch to the Teneo partner community to secure and claim market development and business investment funds;
- Organize and attend Teneo and other key industry events.
Requirements:
- Accustomed to delivering marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Ability to apply commercial judgment to all decisions;
- Relevant marketing qualification;
- Excellent communication skills sound presentation skills;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- Problem-solver, with the ability to analyze issues, develop solutions and influence key decisions, balancing risk with results;
- Budgetary control and cost control management;
- Knowledge of the NPD process will be an advantage;
- Minimum 6 years’ experience;
- Familiarity with CMS, Google Analytics and knowledge of SEO best practices;
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in virtual teams;
- Proven strategy development experience;
- Building sound relationships across multiple departments;
- Experience of agency procedures and the successful management thereof;
- Understanding of current and emerging digital marketing platforms and trends.
