Our company is looking for a Graduate Scheme – Business Development Executive to join our team.

Building relationships with existing clients in order to bring in jobs within teams;
Attending client meetings to effectively understand the need of the client;
Establishing and maintaining excellent client relations throughout the sales process;
Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities in key clients;
Booking in client meetings with Consultants;
Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure that each customer’s journey is efficient;
Follow up previous contact and track the process of recruitment processes;
Updating the internal database and CRM system with a high level of accuracy;
Delivering an exceptionally accurate and high standard of customer care and satisfaction;
Ensuring a customer-focused approach to sales, and following a best practice sales process;
Following up from with inbound enquiries and reaching out to new leads in a professional and timely manner;
Establishing leads from a variety of methods and effectively chase these to gain business;
Converting leads from multiple sources into new business clients;
Selling Robertson Bell’s service in an approachable and professional manner;
Contacting new businesses regarding future recruitment plans.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills;
A natural rapport builder, with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others;
An interest in the FinTech industry;
A self-starter who is also self-motivated to succeed and to meet targets;
A 2.1 degree from university;
Resilience and the ability to face challenges or problems head on;
Excellent organisational skills and self-management abilities;
Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role would be desirable but isn’t essential;
A proactive work ethic with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
