Our company is looking for a Head of Client Services to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of robust client reporting protocols;
  • Support and contribute to Product Development Team in design and management of new product literature;
  • Managing all investor communications;
  • Procurement, implementation and management of new CRM system;
  • Manage reconciliation of all subscription and redemption funds, share/loan note issues;
  • Managing/Reconciling share/loan registers with CRM system to maintain data integrity with single source of information;
  • Implement, manage/oversee investor application process, including liaising with advisors/investors;
  • Lead, motivate and develop direct reports in the day to day running of the operation;
  • Overseeing the outsourced Paraplanning as a function;
  • Identifying training and development needs, for example, paraplanning/business support;
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships;
  • Team Account Management – understanding clients requirements, planning and scheduling necessary reviews for the Advisors;
  • Supporting advisers with their technical administration;
  • Weekly meetings with Advisors, prioritising workload and activities for the Client Services Team;
  • Ensure the Client Services Support Staff perform their key functions on a consistent and effective basis.

Requirements:

  • Have been responsible for managing a client centric IT strategy and defining a target roadmap;
  • Successfully delivered a number of large client related programs of work;
  • Proven experience in the following technologies. Networks, Application Delivery and Messaging/Collaboration;
  • Experience of how regulatory and compliance issues relate to our core Infrastructure;
  • Demonstrates an understanding of strategic issues impacting the financial services market;
  • Managed a client focussed Infrastructure team within a financial institution on a 24/7 basis;
  • Has a deep understanding of new technologies;
