Our company is looking for a Head of Commercial Finance to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Global Sales commissions and bonus plans;
- Work with management to develop 1 and 3+ year plans monitoring progress against these;
- Develop dynamic pricing models to support commercial objectives and ensure acceptable economic returns;
- Understand revenue and profitability performance and key drivers;
- Summarise key findings in a clear and simple manner and producing month end corporate board slides;
- Support Commercial teams with analysis, contract preparations, negotiations and pricing;
- Financial Accounting/reporting including Revenue and Cost Recognition;
- Monitor, report and evaluate sales performance;
- Revenue and Cost forecasting;
- ROI for pricing and promotions;
- Business case scenario planning and analysis;
- Business partner to sales and marketing;
- Research and Development;
- Play a key role within finance for various projects, coordinating with Commercial teams and Group Finance to ensure tight deadlines are adhered to;
- Risk modelling and investment analysis.
Requirements:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA equivalent Restaurant or Hospitality experience;
- Previous experience in a commercial finance role;
- Multi-site business exposure;
- Strong commercial awareness;
- Retail;
