  • Deliver customer digital traffic targets;
  • Continuously work on improving CRM strategies and processes used;
  • Lead the Digital Marketing, CRM and Social team and develop customer retention and engagement strategies;
  • Deliver the company’s Digital Marketing and Social Strategy;
  • Report and provide insight of digital marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities;
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and oral;
  • Experience of working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
  • Significant relevant experience in Digital Marketing and CRM;
  • Experience developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
