Our company is looking for a Head Of CRM to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Analytics/Customer Research/Data Science to understand the range of customer needs throughout the lifecycle;
  • Promote product value and drive frequency of visits to our product;
  • Be Proud; Showcase team achievements, validating and benchmarking versus best in class globally;
  • Automate wins to scale success;
  • Test, learn and scale growth; Iterate and build the programme to progressively grow our customer engagement and deliver greater TX/MAU;
  • Scale effective campaigns across major countries and optimise our campaign programme;
  • Deliver Customer Frequency targets, driving Incremental Transactions from messaging;
  • Deliver the CRM Strategic Plan;
  • Drive Execution; quantify a monthly plan that maximises incremental transactions;
  • Build out tech and analysis toolset;
  • Lead and inspire the CRM Team to maximise motivation and effectiveness;
  • Build and prioritise a backlog of experiment hypotheses to progressively improve performance.

Requirements:

  • A collaborative approach, combined with initiative and proactivity;
  • Ability to manipulate and integrate large levels of data in order to derive insight and build effective retention campaigns;
  • Experience working in an omnichannel retail with a background in CRM;
  • First-hand experience of the development and implementation of a successful CRM strategy with back-end system knowledge;
  • Working knowledge and experience of using Google packages would be an advantage;
  • A ruthless ability to prioritise high-impact projects and execute them to completion;
  • Is data driven and can explain its complexities simply in order to drive actionable consumer insight;
  • Will understand the legal ramifications of collecting and storing data with a good knowledge of GDPR;
  • Excellent numeracy, with strong analytical capabilities;
  • A results-focused approach, with a proven record of generating revenue improvements;
  • A proven track record of building loyalty and retention programs.
