Our company is looking for a Head of Human Resources to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising directly with the Executive Board and being accountable for the performance of the HR function and the departments;
  • Devise recruitment strategy and oversee its implementation;
  • Ensure investment managers hold appropriate qualifications to provide investment management advice in specific asset classes;
  • Providing strategic counsel on all staff member matters;
  • Update review and develop HR policies, procedures and guidelines and enforce organisation values for all aspects of Human Resources;
  • Work with HR Director to implement change management processes when required;
  • Support the HR Director and wider business leadership with strategic decision making, including company growth and acquisition activities;
  • Review HR and Talent processes and implement effective changes where necessary to impact performance and promote operational efficiencies;
  • Support the HR Manager in complex employee relations casework;
  • Drive group wide recruitment strategy for ongoing recruitment and new initiatives;
  • Develop HR policies and procedures to drive performance;
  • Lead the implementation of a new HR system and provide education to the HR team and wider business on new working processes;
  • Manage and utilise HR Reporting & analytics to drive performance and impact critical decision making processes;
  • Further develop the organisations wellbeing strategy.

Requirements:

  • HR Systems implementation experience;
  • Proven experience as an HR generalist operating at a management level;
  • Strategic thinking;
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to liaise and influence at all levels;
  • Analytical and data-driven approach;
  • Verbal Communication;
  • Computer skills;
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills;
  • Comfortable working with discretion, dealing with sensitive, complex and confidential situations;
  • Commercially astute and experience in partnering non-HR stakeholders in making business decisions;
