Our company is looking for a Head of Internal Communications to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Embedding best practice 2-way channels, such as Sharepoint, Office 365, Workplace by Facebook or Yammer;
  • Managing team resourcing and budgets and planning for on-going training and development needs across the team;
  • Lead the planning and provision of content for events and workshops as required, ensuring effective internal crisis management systems are in place;
  • Maintaining effective research, measurement and evaluation mechanisms to provide assurance on all internal communications activity.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Experience overseeing a small team;
  • Experience working in internal communications or a related marketing communications’ discipline;
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines;
  • Experience of multi-tasking and being able to prioritise projects/tasks/assignments.
