Head of Product Marketing – Health & SME Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Head of Product Marketing – Health & SME to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of plans to be achieved through briefing to the Centres of Excellence and agencies where appropriate;
- Sales management to understand and enable sales distribution plans (including campaigns and incentives),
- Understand how a product is sold and the channels they are sold into;
- Customer management to understand and enable retention plans;
- Work with the Product Marketing Director to develop marketing plans, propose budgets, and drive positive impact on acquisition and retention;
- Product Teams to develop and understand product positioning,
- Technical Marketing to develop market / competitor / member insight,
Requirements:
- Regulatory knowledge including championing within teams;
- Experience in developing “go to market” plans;
- Ideally university qualified, with a marketing or communications degree;
- Has experience working in a marketing team, ideally in Healthcare;
- An experienced marketing professional;
- Strong understanding of intermediary marketing and client segmentation skills to define marketing strategy;
- Some B2B / B2C marketing experience;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment;
- Building and nurturing relationships with marketing agencies;
- Experience of managing and delivering multiple projects to tight deadlines.
