Our company is looking for a Head of Product Marketing – Health & SME to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of plans to be achieved through briefing to the Centres of Excellence and agencies where appropriate;
  • Sales management to understand and enable sales distribution plans (including campaigns and incentives),
  • Understand how a product is sold and the channels they are sold into;
  • Customer management to understand and enable retention plans;
  • Work with the Product Marketing Director to develop marketing plans, propose budgets, and drive positive impact on acquisition and retention;
  • Product Teams to develop and understand product positioning,
  • Technical Marketing to develop market / competitor / member insight,

Requirements:

  • Regulatory knowledge including championing within teams;
  • Experience in developing “go to market” plans;
  • Ideally university qualified, with a marketing or communications degree;
  • Has experience working in a marketing team, ideally in Healthcare;
  • An experienced marketing professional;
  • Strong understanding of intermediary marketing and client segmentation skills to define marketing strategy;
  • Some B2B / B2C marketing experience;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment;
  • Building and nurturing relationships with marketing agencies;
  • Experience of managing and delivering multiple projects to tight deadlines.
