Our company is looking for a Head of Projects to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to department/business improvement of knowledge and use of development methodologies, particularly the Agile delivery process;
  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through delivery of projects to the agreed cost, time, scope, quality and security constraints;
  • Contributing to the creation and review of new project bids;
  • Hands on management and delivery of key customer projects;
  • Managing the portfolio of projects and consultancy assignments, including the delivery methodology, change process and risk management;
  • Contributing to external audits as required;
  • Responsibility for driving continuous improvement of project management processes and practices;
  • Provide monthly project pipeline / utilisation data to support effective business decisions;
  • Define and execute best working practises and roll out Playbooks of defined and proven practises and workflows to ensure service excellence;
  • Proactively manage customer relationships to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Manage Debt and Open PO process relating to all Projects;
  • Provide regular, accurate and timely client reporting to meet and exceed customer’s expectations;
  • Ensure a meeting regime exists on a defined frequency that satisfies the client/s needs;
  • Establish regular, clear and consistent channels of communication at all levels within the organisation;
  • Responsible for ensuring and improving the company and 3rd party safety performance on Project deliver.
