Head of Sales (EMEA) Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Head of Sales (EMEA) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Attending industry events/networking;
- Drive new business sales within the team in the following verticals; emoney, payments, paytech companies, wealthtech, lendtech across EMEA region;
- Support, develop and motivate the sales team;
- Deliver against revenue targets;
- Assist the team to manage our Sales pipeline through the funnel towards deal close;
- Manage a high-output sales business with a focus on winning net-new clients;
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs, coordinating and organising input from multiple sources within PredictX;
- Manage data on internal systems & Salesforce;
- Lead, hire, and develop a team of highly intelligent, strategic salespeople that are in the top 1% of talent in the MarTech industry;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement throughout the sales funnel;
- Empower sales team to hit or exceed revenue targets and objectives;
- Build trust and deep relationships with top retail industry executives to help your team win deals;
- Manage and coach your team to implement Customer centric selling approach;
- Foster a team-first environment that is more collaborative than internally competitive;
- Accelerate customer adoption by decreasing sales cycles to speed deal flow.
Requirements:
- Experience managing and driving sales teams;
- Experience selling into FinTechs (ideally within LendTech, WealthTech etc.);
- Solid track record in high growth scale up environment.
