Our company is looking for a Head of Sales to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform any other job/s entrusted by the management from time to time;
  • Directly responsible for several key accounts domestically;
  • Manage four UK sales account managers and two agents;
  • A strong understanding of customer demands and behaviours in order to increase profitable sales growth and market share;
  • The development and implementation of growth strategies, in line with the business objective;
  • Is a specialist – is aware of market dynamics and keeps abreast of market developments;
  • Create compelling sales story that grows existing customers and unlocks new customers;
  • Aim to consistently maximise Company profits;
  • Measure revenue return on a day to day basis across the ever changing marketplace;
  • Accurately forecast future sales results; adapt sales strategies and plans to react to shifts in the marketplace;
  • As sales manager you will be responsible for managing the pro & re-active sales force of revenue, reservations, marketing and account manager;
  • Create relevant and compelling marketing campaigns to drive sales;
  • Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction and interaction;
  • Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Company`s sales activities;
  • Proactively identify new areas and businesses of strategic value and devise approaches to advance them.

Requirements:

  • Management;

  • Proven drinks/FMCG industry leader with outstanding commercial experience and a great understanding of the UK retail landscape;
  • Business Sales;
  • Craft Beer industry experience is strongly preferable but an individual who offers a proven track record in FMCG would also be considered;
  • Life Insurance;
  • Creative problem-solving skills;
  • A highly strategic role offering an opportunity to sculpt a division in your own fashion;
  • Managing a large team, you will be able to demonstrate natural leadership and vision;
  • Education;
  • Communication skills;
  • Fluency in English. Familiarity with a Southeast Asian language will be an added advantage;

  • 8+ years of experience in direct sales.
