HR & Recruitment Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- you will ensure that all new starter paperwork is sent to the applicant within 48 hours of a verbal offer being made;
- Maintaining staff files for compliance including contract start dates;
- You will liaise, coordinate and arrange all job interviews with different members of the management teams;
- To be responsible for managing the Reference process and pre-employment checks for all new starters in line with legislative requirements;
- To ensure consistency across all areas of recruitment activity;
- To liaise and coordinate all job advertisements with relevant external recruitment agencies;
- To coordinate the induction and on boarding process for all new starters and ensure that probationary reviews are completed in a timely manner;
- You will ensure that the HR office always provides central support cover as required;
- Scanning, filing and photocopying;
- Manage the offer stage, including negotiations;
- Liaise with HR to organise induction days and write up employment contracts;
- Communicate with agencies and manage the preferred supplier list;
- Monitor email inboxes and reply efficiently;
- Communicate with all new recruits coordinating reference and DBS checks where necessary;
- Liaising with Hiring Managers to support with recruitment process.
