Our company is looking for a Human Resources Director to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Advise business leaders on organizational design and effectiveness – with an eye towards building and sustaining a capability led organization;
- Develop and implement strategies for building and retaining a diverse workforce;
- Partner with Finance leaders and our HR team to drive change in the organization;
- Serve as a coach and liaison between employees and leaders;
- personally leading on the resolution of complex, sensitive or high impact HR matters;
- supporting the Deputy CEO in developing national and regional relationships with Unions;
- identifying HR and resourcing priorities and recommending people management solutions;
- producing reports for the Executive Management Team and the Boards relating to HR matters;
- ensuring all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date in terms of best practice and legislative changes.
Requirements:

- Prior experience as a driver of change and demonstrated ability to influence change;

- Ability to effectively influence leaders in making talent and business decisions that drive the right outcomes;
- Ability to work both independently and within the team;
- Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills; ability to make decisions independently and clarify key issues in complex situations;
- Ability to travel to multiple locations;
- 5+ years HR generalist experience; solid experience in all major HR disciplines.
