Our company is looking for a IFA Sales Support Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Booking meetings and general day to day support as required;
- General admin, filing and scanning;
- Co-ordinating incoming and outgoing post;
- Working closely with the IFA’s and Paraplanners;
- Ensuring FCA compliance is adhered to;
- Dealing with incoming telephone queries;
- Preparing client letters and emails;
- Completing application forms and new client forms;
- Diary Management;
- Preparing documentation for the financial advisors.
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines;
- Excellent team player;
- Good IT skills and using Intelligent Office would be an advantage;
- Proven background within financial services, ideally within an IFA/Wealth management firm;
- Great attention to detail.
