Our company is looking for a IFA Sales Support Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking meetings and general day to day support as required;
  • General admin, filing and scanning;
  • Co-ordinating incoming and outgoing post;
  • Working closely with the IFA’s and Paraplanners;
  • Ensuring FCA compliance is adhered to;
  • Dealing with incoming telephone queries;
  • Preparing client letters and emails;
  • Completing application forms and new client forms;
  • Diary Management;
  • Preparing documentation for the financial advisors.

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner;
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines;
  • Excellent team player;
  • Good IT skills and using Intelligent Office would be an advantage;
  • Proven background within financial services, ideally within an IFA/Wealth management firm;
  • Great attention to detail.
