Our company is looking for a Interim Finance Manager to join our team.


  • Reporting;
  • Managing a team of 6;
  • Prepare consolidated monthly forecasts;
  • Manage all technical accounting for this area of finance / properties;
  • Production of Statutory Accounts under UK FRS;
  • Review current reporting processes and suggest and implement improvements;
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts – including Balance sheet, P&L & cashflow;
  • Assist the Financial Controller with business change and growth;
  • Accounting, reporting, analysis and control of operating costs and capital expenditure;
  • Cost control;
  • KPI’s;
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting is in place, with a strong focus on the monthly financial reporting and analysis;
  • Participating in customer reviews and providing input and liaison around this;
  • Preparing accurate and insightful management reports for each fundraising area and the department;
  • Produce Management Accounts to report monthly profit and performance and for input into the Group Accounts for internal and external stakeholders.


  • Blue chip experience;
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified;
  • Management experience;
  • Property experience is desirable;
  • Experience of working with Board level stakeholders;
  • Experience of leading a Finance team;
  • Experience of working for a Service business is highly preferable;
  • Excellent academics Including an accounting and finance related degree;
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA);
  • Oversee the month-end close process, including reviewing relevant journals;
  • Monthly preparation of management accounts, including detailed commentary;
  • Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations;
  • Produce and maintain all accounting records for the division;
  • Help deliver the year-end close;
  • Statutory Accounts.
