Our company is looking for a Internal Account Manager to join our team.


  • Scheduling meetings with decision makers for external rep;
  • Other office-based duties;
  • Maintaining clear customer records on company CRM and provide accurate information to customers and colleagues;
  • Intent – We hold ourselves accountable for our actions and when it is not working, we fix it;
  • Offer customers a single source of supply for all their requirement;
  • Capability – We listen, challenge and continuously improve;
  • Ensuring that any requests for information from any customers that you are responsible for are carried out in an expeditious and competent manner;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
  • Establishing good working relationships with external and internal sales team;
  • Dealing with general sales calls and queries;
  • Respond to all customers enquiries, both internal and external, in a timely fashion;
  • Co-ordinate the provision of specialist items;
  • Export Administration, including but not limited to: working with Freight Forwarders, UK Chamber of Commerce, Export documents, product labelling;
  • Escalate issues and recommendations to management as appropriate;
  • Maintain a paperwork trail for all orders and ensure high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience in an Internal Sales environment is preferred though not essential;
  • Experience of working in a B2B Sales role;

  • Have a warm, confident and positive approach to work;
  • Employment in a professional sales environment;
  • Have phenomenal attention to detail, be conscientious and thorough with good problem solving ability;
  • Qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent);
  • Track-record of success in a B2B sales environment;
  • Good numeracy skills with commercial acumen;
  • Self-Motivated and flexible team worker.
