Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring deadlines are met;
  • Act as the point of contact for suppliers, visitors and external customer enquiries;
  • Assist in the preparation of reports;
  • Organising contractors to carry out jobs and quotes within the clients SLA’s;
  • Providing updates on the progress of works;
  • Compilation and construction of email correspondence, memos, letters and forms;
  • Assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities;
  • Liaise with senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers;
  • Maintaining office and store area cleanliness and organisation;
  • General administration;
  • There is also the opportunity to get involved in planning events (Christmas party);
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers;
  • Office support within an office of around five people;
  • Back office administration for the team;
  • Generating invoices.
