Our company is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical and commercial liaison between the customer and the parent company’s market management;
  • Managing key accounts to maintain long term relationships and maximise sales opportunities;
  • Relationship management with key stakeholders, both internally and externally;
  • Strategic sourcing – negotiating with vendors to obtain the best outcome for Communisis and client;
  • Ensuring all client projects are delivered on time and to client satisfaction;
  • Lead Point of Contact for all Customer Account Management matters;
  • Delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual EBITDA, cash flow and budgeted targets;
  • Establishing a core of displaying retailers and building the pipeline of potential targets;
  • Optimise Sales value, mix, volume while coping with changing environments;
  • Deliver internal communication, to customers, customer engagement and brand promotion;
  • Identify trends;
  • Analyse sales results and act accordingly;
  • Maximising sales & targets;
  • Network, contact and present to new clients; exhibitions, pitches;
  • Preparing sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Existing relationships with key opinion leaders in the secondary care Cardiovascular therapy area;
  • Degree in Engineering or a very strong technical background;
  • Possess good computer skills;
  • Strong experience within Cardiovascular therapy area;
  • Experience of achieving formulary success within hospitals;
  • Full driving license;
  • In-depth understanding of customer and organisational needs for identified Key Opinion Leaders;
  • To interact across Air Liquide entities;
  • Aspirations to progress and develop your career in a growing organisation;
  • Experience of working in a busy environment and balancing priorities;
  • An understanding of POP vocabulary;
  • Strong excel and PPT skills;
  • Degree in Biosciences or STEM discipline;
  • Drive and motivation with a desire to get out and see customers on a regular basis;
  • Confident IT ability.
