- Monitor and manage quality, expectations and conduct reviews to ensure milestones are hit;
- Work closely with clients and key stakeholders, holding workshops and 1-1 sessions to fully understand the business requirements;
- Manage the resources that are assigned to the project, focusing on timelines, and estimates to complete against budgets;
- Coordinate with project teams (functional and technical) to ensure client needs are satisfied.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Salesforce implementation environment;
- 3 years project management experience end to end;
- Salesforce Admin 201 certified.
