Logistics Administrator (Fixed Term Contract) Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Logistics Administrator (Fixed Term Contract) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination of all deliveries across our zone;
- Be a brand ambassador and represent the Company professionally at all times;
- Manage delivery notifications;
- Provides sophisticated analysis and reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis;
- Prepare Shipping Documents as required;
- Undertake other relevant duties as may be requested by the Regional Stock Team Lead and support on projects as required;
- Processing orders onto the SAP system;
- Manage exceptions;
- Check partner’s invoices;
- Liaises with Regional Logistics Coordinator to monitor the delivery process, highlighting delivery issues in order to take action and resolve issues;
- Liaise with TWS and Retail Stock Team Lead to plan deliveries accordingly;
- Ensuring all documents are prepared correctly;
- Build good relationships with internal and external suppliers, including the Head Office in Paris and the team based in London;
- Support with bi-annual sample sales;
- File Claims where necessary.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Excellent communicator & team player. Is adaptable and flexible;
- Someone who uses initiative with a hands-on approach and the ability to prioritise;
- French Speaking is desirable but not a requirement;
- Excellent administration and analytical skills;
- Excellent Excel is a must.
