Our company is looking for a Logistics Administrator (Fixed Term Contract) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination of all deliveries across our zone;
  • Be a brand ambassador and represent the Company professionally at all times;
  • Manage delivery notifications;
  • Provides sophisticated analysis and reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis;
  • Prepare Shipping Documents as required;
  • Undertake other relevant duties as may be requested by the Regional Stock Team Lead and support on projects as required;
  • Processing orders onto the SAP system;
  • Manage exceptions;
  • Check partner’s invoices;
  • Liaises with Regional Logistics Coordinator to monitor the delivery process, highlighting delivery issues in order to take action and resolve issues;
  • Liaise with TWS and Retail Stock Team Lead to plan deliveries accordingly;
  • Ensuring all documents are prepared correctly;
  • Build good relationships with internal and external suppliers, including the Head Office in Paris and the team based in London;
  • Support with bi-annual sample sales;
  • File Claims where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Excellent communicator & team player. Is adaptable and flexible;
  • Someone who uses initiative with a hands-on approach and the ability to prioritise;
  • French Speaking is desirable but not a requirement;
  • Excellent administration and analytical skills;
  • Excellent Excel is a must.
