Responsibilities:

  • Identify successful local solutions / tactics on Scrum/Agile that could be scaled and should be included in the HH Digital & Analytics Toolkit;
  • Maintain knowledge of leading-edge trends in the industry and using this to seek to gain a competitive advantage;
  • Drive the enhancement of existing services and the development of new offerings;
  • Influence successful evolution of the product portfolio;
  • Deriving and executing the operation plan to achieve agreed financial targets;
  • Ensuring the brand is associated with high standards of quality, compliance and legislative adherence;
  • To liaise with the CEO to set strategic goals and make decisions for operational activities;
  • Use formal and informal influence to gain the support and commitment of regional partners;
  • Lead UK subsidiary;
  • To promote healthy internal culture that will retain key employees and encourages their professional development;
  • Build consulting delivery capability as an effective recruiter, manager and developer of people;
  • Maintain an awareness of competitor activity, building a pipeline of potential acquisitions;
  • Ensure the business has access to additional funding from government grants, and maximise opportunities for partnering and funding;
  • Driving divisional growth and profitability year on year;
  • Accountable for the annual budget and budget setting process.

Requirements:

  • Technical competence to understand the engineering capability of the business;
  • Demonstrated track record in business development, with the ability to leverage an established network of contacts to generate new referrals;
  • Strong Fundraising and Planning experience required;
  • Qualified Non-Life Actuary;
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships;
  • Experience overseeing complex multijurisdictional investigations;
  • Demonstrable understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges;
  • Experience of leading an organisation through change;
  • Developing and leading a multi-faceted team;
  • Demonstrable General Management and P/L leadership experience;
  • Experience working with premium fashion brands / retail / luxury leisure or hospitality is highly desirable;
  • An analytical and commercial mindset, a head for and numbers and an understanding of financial reporting / P&Ls;
  • Demonstrable experience of sales into c-suite of corporate clients;
  • General advanced knowledge in the field of business management;
  • Commercial background with experience of or exposure to both Sales and Marketing.
