Marketing Account Director Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Marketing Account Director to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Embed marketing effectiveness, customer relationship management, account based marketing and product marketing skills into your team;
- Put in place processes to scale the Account Marketing function globally;
- Build the data bridge between the revenue and the account marketing function;
- Liaising with various teams;
- Oversee development of contracts and manage bid process for evaluation, selection and procurement of materials, subcontractors, and capital equipment;
- Develop and maintain a productive and positive working relationship with the customer, project sponsors, subcontractors and vendors;
- Ensure the success of the campaign/s;
- Define and follow project management methods, procedures, and quality objectives, including metrics for assessing progress;
- Liaising with Clients;
- Identify potential areas for improvement in current methodologies and provide coaching to project management team;
- Implement Boldt’s Lean practices where appropriate leveraging Boldt Production Systems (BPS) to optimize the results;
- Generation of new accounts and business development;
- Maintain appropriate professional designations and up-to-date knowledge of current information technology techniques and tools;
- Team management;
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships both via phone, email and face to face meetings.
Requirements:
- Experience in an integrated environment;
- Experienced within business development / winning new accounts;
- At least 5 years experience within an agency environment;
- Previous construction project management experience in the Power industry is essential;
- Experience with innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance;
- Significant business skill acumen is needed to understand construction industry factors that lead to successful projects.
