Our company is looking for a Marketing and Events Executive to join our team.

Prospect/create a network of partners to partner with, in line with onefinestay messaging to generate brand awareness and visibility;
Executive the marketing campaigns and report on effectiveness and results;
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clients;
Project manage the creative/design process for marketing material;
Organising webinars for prospective students and parents;
Develop a consistent and sustained reduction in at risk/dissatisfied clients which supports the delivery of overall budget targets;
Writing creative briefs for in-house designers for marketing collateral;
Maintaining event websites ensuring all content is up to date;
Managing social media campaigns including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook;
Scheduling email campaigns through ExactTarget;
Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders and external customers and influencers;
Create and manage all relevant event marketing material, including the website, email campaigns, invites, seminar packs, presentations;
Advertising and email marketing campaigns;
Project managing the entire event cycle – manage the events schedule, track attendees and manage post event actions/feedback;
End-to-end event management.

Marketing degree – (desirable but not essential);
Experience of working within an event marketing team (ideally two years);
