Our company is looking for a Marketing Campaign Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Select and manage attendance at key exhibitions as part of integrated marketing campaign programmes;
  • Work with the sales teams to effectively target selected accounts through an ABM (Account Based Marketing) approach;
  • Manage campaign budgets and monitor performance against campaign objectives ie. MQL’s, SQL’s and SAL’s;
  • Design and deliver marketing campaigns that are data-driven and segment-focused with accountability for the effectiveness of the campaigns;
  • Analyse and assess effectiveness of Campaigns;
  • Manage and motivate key agencies to deliver first-class campaigns;
  • Use results and insight to improve understanding of campaign success and constantly seek opportunity to drive ROI;
  • Manage the library of work within Global Marketing to enable Campaign Managers to efficiently build the most effective campaigns;
  • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns in line with the firm’s revenue generating initiatives;
  • Building strong relationships across BD and work with them to gain buy in and be advocates for Marketing best practice;
  • Paid Social, setting up and optimising performance (conversion) and brand engagement campaigns across all social media platforms;
  • Development and implementation of strategic campaign and communication activities;
  • Take responsibility for both online and offline B2C marketing campaigns;
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and other Marketing teams so that content is delivered via the most appropriate channels as part of campaigns;
  • Creating content, own social media comms calendar.

Requirements:

  • Ability to evaluate and select the most suitable media and channels to ensure messaging is effectively delivered to target audiences;
  • Use of analytics and reporting to support evaluation of campaign effectiveness and decision making;
  • Strong administration and organisation skills and good time management;
  • Possess a detail orientation;
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels;
  • Is Planful — can work to schedules and deadlines well and manage multiple prioritises;
  • You are a highly organised individual, with an analytical mind-set and excellent communication skills;
  • Experience with paid social campaigns, Facebook Business Manager and Advertising Platform;
  • Experience with influencer outreach;
  • You must be highly motivated and driven, be organised and have the ability to multi-task;
  • Enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys working in a small but friendly team, happy to roll up your sleeves, offer opinions and ideas and get involved;
  • Educated to degree level in marketing or related subjet;
  • Excellent written communication skills;
  • Experience of Marketo, other marketing automation solutions or enterprise resource planning systems desirable;
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with people at all levels from different areas of the business.
