  • Maximise usage of the CRM system ensuring maximum gain to get marketing results;

  • Experience managing and creating campaigns on sales engagement platforms such as Sales-loft – mandatory;
  • Experience working across matrixed organization, supporting global teams;
  • In depth, hands-on experience with Salesforce – mandatory;
  • Experience creating advanced attribution models – advantage;
  • Able to make appropriate procedural decisions and know when to escalate issues to senior level management;
  • Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in modern marketing measurement and reporting;
  • Expert in building detailed marketing budgets – mandatory;
  • Thorough understanding of all the moving pieces – roles and requirements – needed to bring multi-channel B2B digital marketing campaigns to fruition;
  • CV in English – must;
  • At least 5+ years of marketing operations experience at a Hi-tech company;
  • Deep understanding of demand generation, revenue attribution, and customer lifecycle;
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, complete high priority, quick-turn requests and traffic multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Experience managing and implementing ABM campaigns on platforms such as Demand-base – mandatory;
  • Ability to independently manage multiple operational disciplines/priorities/projects.
