Our company is looking for a Marketing & PR Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Help coordinate all social media channels with marketing updates – monthly promotions, in-salon events, new services, customer service;
- Ensure the website team, warehouse and phone message company are up to date with changes in advance;
- Administrative support: press appointments, organising couriers, update PR & Marketing reports;
- Review and maintain stock both internally in company stock room and externally via company warehouse;
- Assist with briefing company designer and printers on upcoming promotions;
- Collating promotional artwork/sign off;
- Support PR & Marketing Executive and Head of PR & Marketing;
- Communication with salons including the effective distribution of marketing materials;
- Send out dedicated e-shots- Manage & organise marketing for new and refurbished salons;
- Briefing company designer and printers on upcoming promotions;
- Assist with organising and attending promotional and company events.
Requirements:
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills;
- Possess good organisational and multi-tasking skills;
- Knowledge of the beauty and hair industry- Flexible and able to work under pressure;
- Computer literacy – proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
- An eye for detail and accuracy- Creative and wide-ranging ideas.
