Our company is looking for a New Business Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating meetings to discuss products and services;
  • Telephone based, cold calling small to medium businesses to pre-qualify them requirements;
  • Generating interest with new business prospects and existing customers;
  • Working in a target driven, fast paced environment;
  • Liaising with the Project Manager to arrange tests;
  • Generating new leads from telephone prospecting and web enquiries;
  • Providing weekly reports outlining sales activity and sales forecast;
  • Analysis of the customers’ needs and pre-selling the solution;
  • Scheduling conference calls, meetings and diary appointments as required;
  • Handling customer queries and issues as required;
  • Writing high quality proposals for your potential clients and those of the Sales Director;
  • Making outbound telephone calls, taking inbound calls, sending emails, diary management and pipeline management;
  • Ensuring that company Salesforce CRM is kept up to date at all time.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service, relationship management and negotiation skills;
  • Previous B2B sales experience in cold calling and lead generation would be a distinct advantage but not essential;
  • Ambitious – this company offer excellent financial and personal development and are looking for individuals who are driven and highly motivated;
  • 1 year experience within a sales role;
  • Intelligence and a very high standard of written and spoken English;
  • Inquisitive in your approach to understand your clients’ needs and what products/services will suit them;
  • You will enjoy setting goals and working to targets within your role;
  • A natural communicator with the ability to communicate with confidence at all levels;
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office, notably Word and Excel;
  • Flexible attitude with sound team ethic, and a penchant for quality in everything you deliver;
  • Highly motivated in your approach, striving for success within your personal and professional life.
