Our company is looking for a Night Operations Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the transport operation runs safely and is compliant with all relevant regulations;
- Ensuring all relevant HS&E policies and procedures are adhered to;
- Achieving compliance with internal company procedures;
- Lead and manage your night team;
- Organising your office team and fleet of vehicles to ensure performance levels are achieved;
- Contribute to decisions and the future of the business.
Requirements:
- National CPC is desirable, although not essential;
- Previous experience of transport planning / scheduling;
- IT Literate;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrable knowledge of relevant transport legislation, including digital tachographs and Working Time Directive (WTD);
- Excellent people management and leadership skills.
