Our company is looking for a Outbound Sales Executive to join our team.


  • Planning and carrying out targeted sales calls, introducing the company to perspective clients and the services that they offer;
  • Identify, target and secure potential clients;
  • Ensuring the CRM is updated effectively and accurately;
  • Responsible for the tracking and reporting of daily KPI’s to senior management;
  • Be a real service/product expert, advising potential clients on their most suited options and packages;
  • Providing excellent customer service;
  • Liaise with senior level decision makers (owners, MDs, FDs etc.);
  • Develop an expert knowledge and understanding of our product range in order to cross / upsell into accounts;
  • To positively approach sales opportunities to maximise sales revenues to meet and exceed targets and KPI’s;
  • Working as part of a team alongside an experienced Closing Specialist who will assist all parties in ensuring the lead is closed;
  • To account manage your client database;
  • Ensure all information gathered for any customer is accurate and compliant;
  • To demonstrate an ability to up -sell and cross sell other products and services within our catalogue;
  • To respond to all email and phone enquiries that maybe presented in a professional manner;
  • Building and maintaining a customer pipeline.


  • Technology sales experience (at least 2 years) is essential;
  • Microsoft Office skills are a must;
  • Previous office experience is a must;
  • Excellent communication/phone skills;
  • IT competent;
  • Experience in a sales environment – call centre/telesales work ideally;
  • Lead Generation;
  • Must have previous IT Sales background;
  • Target driven;
  • Proven sales experience;
  • Previous B2B tele-sales / sales experience is essential (at least 4 years in a Business to Business (B2B) field sales or desk-based sales role);
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Outbound calling experience.
