Our company is looking for a Paid Search Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • You must be able to demonstrate you can build campaigns, report on them as well as analyse to optimise output;
  • Track and measure paid campaigns;
  • Skills required for the role;
  • Identifying new opportunities for efficient growth via PPC;
  • Providing clear reporting, and more importantly actionable insights on account performance;
  • Understand the role audiences play with Paid Activity targeting and campaign optimisation;
  • Identify and act upon budget optimisations requirements;
  • Day to day optimisation & management of text & display campaigns;
  • You will also report on various AdWords accounts and make recommendations;
  • Champion best practice and produce at least one case study worthy piece of work per quarter;
  • Identify the optimisation levers available to improve Paid performance to meet the KPIs;
  • You will manage a budget and multiple accounts;
  • You will set up Paid Search campaigns, including structure, ad copy writing and keyword research;
  • Provide support for your direct report as well as opportunities for development and learning;
  • Understand how Paid metrics interrelate and can influence each other.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree;
  • Strong commercial experience analysing data to gain insights;
  • Complete confidence with Google Analytics;
  • Experience purposefully running campaigns improve CRO and ROI;
  • A hard and collaborative worker with a curious and inquisitive attitude;
  • An ambition to develop and test new ways of working;
  • Preferably an understanding of or eagerness to learn SQL, R or Python;
  • Commercial experience in the hands-on implementation and activation of paid search campaigns in Google Ads;
  • Paid Search / PPC experience;
  • Experience managing several budgets.
