Responsibilities:
- Advanced knowledge of Facebookâs advertising platform and Power Editor;
- An excellent attention to detail & quality;
- An extensive understanding of Facebook / Twitter Ads Manager, Google Analytics;
- Manage the day-to-day running of paid social campaigns, focusing on Facebook ads;
- Own all Paid campaigns across the business;
- Monitor and report on all campaigns to review success and implement change where necessary;
- Proven experience in planning and activating paid social performance campaigns, working to conversion-specific KPIs;
- An intuitive grasp of brand with a customer first approach;
- Implement our paid social media content strategy;
- Analytical skills to draw conclusions from data and sales reports;
- Create thumb stopping & engaging content to drive sales through Paid media;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment;
- Manage and control overall budget for Consumer, Corporate, Public Affairs / Communications;
- Building conversion-led campaigns that will increase brand awareness, generate leads and drive engagement across all major social channel;
- Required to present ideas and results to senior management and Board level.
Requirements:
- Understanding of Microsoft Office programs;
- Analytical skills to draw conclusions from data and sales reports;

- Commercial experience working on paid social campaigns across Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn with an ROI focus;
- Strong commercial experience liaising with a range of stakeholders;
- Previous business experience analysing trends using Excel;
- Preferably, experience of working within an agency environment;

- Ability to multitask various projects whilst working in a fast-paced environment;
