Our company is looking for a Partnership Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, Development and management of sponsorship strategy. Effectively overseeing the media sales strategy of the company;
  • Build & generate new client and partnership and sponsorship relations; including media partners, ticket partners & Event partners;
  • Manage event partnerships and sponsorships;
  • Planning and implementation of sponsorship and partner activities for the business;
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Events team to ensure quality event experiences and develop foreign broadcasting opportunities.

  • Demonstrate an ability to be a proactive and solutions driven individual, who is able to manage their own workload and time to get the job done;
  • Possess a proven ability to work within a changing and fast paced environment;
  • Demonstratable experience and success in this area;
  • Demonstrate an appreciation of the customer’s perspective of the sales process;
  • Must be able to keep up with changes in the market;
  • PC literate with strong skills in Microsoft software;
  • Experience in the sports and entertainment industry;
  • An understanding of how sponsors play a key role in building foreign and domestic exposure and their value;
  • A proven track record in delivering commercial return through sponsorship;
  • Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels;
  • Experience using salesforce is a bonus;
  • Experience in the Boxing world;
  • A highly self-motivated team player with great enthusiasm and energy who is able to thrive in a results-driven environment;
  • Great time management skills and attention to detail is essential.
