Partnership Sales Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Partnership Sales Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, Development and management of sponsorship strategy. Effectively overseeing the media sales strategy of the company;
- Build & generate new client and partnership and sponsorship relations; including media partners, ticket partners & Event partners;
- Manage event partnerships and sponsorships;
- Planning and implementation of sponsorship and partner activities for the business;
- Work closely with the Marketing and Events team to ensure quality event experiences and develop foreign broadcasting opportunities.
Requirements:

- Demonstrate an ability to be a proactive and solutions driven individual, who is able to manage their own workload and time to get the job done;
- Possess a proven ability to work within a changing and fast paced environment;
- Demonstratable experience and success in this area;
- Demonstrate an appreciation of the customer’s perspective of the sales process;
- Must be able to keep up with changes in the market;
- PC literate with strong skills in Microsoft software;
- Experience in the sports and entertainment industry;
- An understanding of how sponsors play a key role in building foreign and domestic exposure and their value;
- A proven track record in delivering commercial return through sponsorship;
- Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels;
- Experience using salesforce is a bonus;
- Experience in the Boxing world;
- A highly self-motivated team player with great enthusiasm and energy who is able to thrive in a results-driven environment;
- Great time management skills and attention to detail is essential.
