Our company is looking for a PR Account Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the PR strategy liaising closely with media contacts and journalists alike;
- Writing content for press releases, campaigns and other PR pieces;
- Developing strong client and media relationships;
- Keep on top of databases, meet deadlines and find opportunities to pitch; develop relevant, winning pitches;
- Providing innovative and creative ideas to clients;
- Manage accurate reporting process;
- Analyst and media relations;
- To provide strategic advice to clients to enhance their PR and wider marketing campaigns;
- Mentor junior members of staff;
- To track jobs and projects and to ensure jobs are on time and on budget;
- Delivering creative and innovative thought-leadership pieces to journalists using a range of communication techniques;
- Manage client and internal staff meetings, provide day to day mentoring and direction to direct reports;
- To develop strong client and media relationships, existing and new;
- Content creation, outreach and research;
- Ensure awareness of all client coverage as it appears.
Requirements:
- Manage multiple client relationships and projects at any one time;
- To come from a PR/Marketing agency background;
- Creative flair;
- Team management experience;
- Identify and pitch for new business opportunities;
- Knowledge from the printing/graphic industry an advantage;
- Educated to degree level – ideally in a related field;
- Stay informed of latest trends in PR and Social Media;
- Plan and deliver PR and Social Media campaigns in line with clients objectives;
- Create and deliver successful PR campaigns, driving results and ROI for clients;
- Great organisation, communication and copywriting skills.
