- Look after the clients and candidate’s needs;
- Dealing with recruitment process for the intakes;
- Dealing with holiday and payroll quires;
- Conduct inductions for new starter;
- Conduction both face to face and telephone interview for candidates;
- Booking shifts and sending rotas to both clients and candidates;
- Working alongside the Director and existing account manager to work towards personal and team targets;
- Maintaining relationships with existing candidates and clients;
- Developing existing accounts through telephone and face to face meetings;
- Candidate resourcing and vetting.
